The Background of Michael Pearl and His Teachings

The co-creator of No Greater Joy Ministries, Michael Pearl along with his wife Debi, was reared by God-fearing mother and father inside their property in Tennessee. Due to his parents’ powerful desire to point him in the direction of the best path, Michael was quite associated with evangelism throughout his youth. While operating at the Memphis Union Mission, he did ministry jobs in various hospitals as well as churches for the many military families who stayed in Memphis. He was also a preacher in church buildings at that time.

Some twenty years ago, Michael Pearl and his faithful wife took residence to the rural portion of Tennessee, conducting Bible studies at the local houses. Shortly after, regular meetings began to be held with the local believers. Also at that time, Michael commenced a prison ministry, a practice that he still does on Saturdays. Quickly it became evident that God had His own programs for the team, specifically to make studying materials targeted on rearing children effectively and developing powerful family relationships, a calling the couple has happily taken on. This continues to be the groundwork of the “No Greater Joy Ministries.” Its largest project so far has been the illustrated Bible for all ages, “Good and Evil,” that is at present being translated into 100 unique languages. Thus far, this storybook may be purchased in more than thirty different languages.

Michael and his wife Debi have also created various guides where they give guidance regarding how a dad and mom can rear up their youngsters in the direction of the course God desires them to go, and the way to maintain their family members morally upright. Counsel is also given to partners regarding the techniques to enhance their marriages with God in the middle of the marriage relationship. Having successfully reared productive youngsters of their own, Michael and Debi Pearl only want to reveal what they have done for their own lives to other families so that they as well can have the enjoyment of living contentedly in God’s blessed plan.
