Is this a good drum kit for a beginner?

I've just started out drumming and i'm wondering if this -

is a good drum kit to start off with. Is it a good brand and does it include everything (cymbals, stands,etc.) ? I'm not really that familiar with drums so i'd prefer it if i could order everything in one go. Also, is this a good price to pay for my first drum kit?
If you think it's not a good drum kit to start with, can you recommend another one? I live in Australia as well, if that makes any difference.

Go to craigslist and look for something cheap there, my first kit was a "groove percussion" It had hats and a crash/ride that was fine for me. Just check and see if the hardware is stable, any drum can be tuned with new heads.
Look out for Pearl Exports, for their cost because they aren't made anymore i am predicting a low cost.
If it has a thrown thats a plus.
