sick, unable to stand, double vision, repeatedly hearing things?? PLEASE HELP !!!?
okay since 4 days ago iv been unable to stand my legs go all wobbly and iv been feeling sick too. iv also been incredibly dizzy and been seeing Double every now and then iv also been hearing sounds that replay over and over again in my head like and echo any. i have made an appointment for the doctors but they can't make 1 for me until 4 days from now .. please help me any 1 have any suggestion on what might be causing these symptoms ?? i need help and advise on what to do !!!
Check your temperature - if it's high (above 102F/39C) go to the hospital. If not, consider monitoring exactly when you feel dizzy - is it just as you stand, only if you stand up quickly, or sit up from resting? That may be low blood pressure. The other two symtoms make me wonder if you're not having a panic attack - these can really feel like you're dying (and can make you feel dizzy, too). To check and see if you are (and yes, they can last and last if you don't relax and fix your oxygen level because you're constantly hyperventilating) - take your shirt (or a cloth/towel/kleenex) and put it and your hands against your mouth and nose. Breathe normally through your nose for 30 seconds to a minute. You should feel the lightheadedness fade and then you can test your symtoms when you are more calm. If they remain, and are just as distracting, heading to a hospital may not be out of the question. Since you are having trouble seeing, hearing and being upright, I would recommend getting a friend to drive you.
