What is a good stand for a 8" splash cymbal?

I am going to get an 8" splash cymbal but I need to know a good stand for it..

Definitely go with a boom stand. Booms are more adjustable and since splash cymbals are fun to play, it cool to be able to tweak your cymbal placement. If you already have a straight stand, you can even get a boom attachment for it. Attachments are cheaper and serve the same purpose. You may not want to use a big stand for an 8" splash. Good luck!
