To answer ur questions about my question (the manager one)?
Im a dispacher so i informed the other dispacher i was running late just like the rule book says and when i got to work i also unformed my manager who was fine with it then took a week to suspend me for it i work in a room all by my self and answer phones. My manager has also throne phone and keys at me but ur the ones saying im not folling the rules even though i have gone to my hr about her doing that she is still there

According to your other question, your manager does not like you. So why would you think that she was "fine" with you arriving to work late? I'm guessing she *acknowledged* your were late & then began the write up procedures.

You were frustrated with your answers & you made a mistake. It is possible that that you were frustrated in getting to work on time or bringing your children with you that you also erred at work.
